April 12, 2024 - Lunch at Wa-I. By the glass housepour. Tasted blind.
Appearance is clear, very pale intensity, lemon colour. Thin legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of soapy flowers, nectar, green limes, Muscat grape aroma. Youthful.
On the palate, slight off-dry, good high acidity, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of soapy sweet white grapes, ripe guava, sweet citrus limes. Medium finish extending with more air and as it warms up.
Very good quality. Nice Torrontes with good acidity. Drink it young fresh and crisp. -

February 7, 2024 - Een nieuw etiket maar dezelfde wijn als voorheen.
Oog: Kristalhelder, vol, geelgroen, grote viscositeit, veel maar trage tranen.
Neus: Zuiver en vol, aroma's van bloemen, peer, citrus, lychee abrikoos, ananas, sinaasappel, roze pompelmoes.
Mond: Frisse aanzet en mooi evenwicht tussen zuren en molligheid met een bittertje. Een heerlijke lange afdronk van 4 a 5 sec. Gaat goed samen met exotische schotel, gerookte vis, maar ook heerlijk als aperitief of op een terrasje. Elk jaar opnieuw in mijn kelder. -

September 29, 2023 - Holy cow, powerful aromatics, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, kiwi, lychee, and cut grass. Pleasant acidity, although the palate isn’t as interesting as the wham-bam nose.
