March 12, 2010 - ~$160 at Zach's Cabin, Bachelor Gulch. Super-tart sour cherries up front. Slightly light mid-palate and a well-integrated and balanced finish. Improved with air over 1 1/2 - 2 hours, but need 4+ hours to decant or another 5 years in the bottle.
