February 22, 2023 - This was firing on all 8 cylinders from work go. It has a core of deep blood plum fruit. There's some tarry savouriness and a suggestion of ironstone. It has flesh coupled with restraint and some angaging spice. Intense fuit flavours gather and then power on and on, carried by perfectly ripe tannins.
