    February 2, 2023 - Poured through a decanting pourer.
    Fresh grass in a row of citrus trees. Lemon curd. Honeysuckle. On-site at a light concrete pour. This is a compliment, I swear. Love the mineral essence. Great acidity. I'm a sucker for concrete eggs. Wish the alcohol was at least a percentage lower. Alas. Like this one a lot.
