January 20, 2023 - Touch of frizzante which leads to an energetic hopping mouthfeel and the underlying wine itself has a lovely sour cherry quality. A bit raw and very much a ‘natural’ styled wine, which i quite liked. Supposedly 100% Sangiovese.
