September 9, 2023 - Good, but not inspiring. Barley, fresh fruit. Disgorged 10/2021 dosage 1g/L.

    December 1, 2022 - (Disgorged in fall of 2020, 100% Meunier from Chamery, dosage 1 gr/L, 1 000 bottles made)
Youthful nose showing ginger, spiciness and citrus and opens up with a hint of hazelnuts and baked bread in a pleasant way. Crisp and dry on the palate with ripe yellow apples acidity, hints of ginger on the creamy mid and with a distinct oakiness on the finish also showing a touch of liquorice. Still very youthful and need time in the cellar or drinking from wider glasses to express itself..
