February 7, 2024 - Part of blind tasing / wine paring at CTC , Urban Gastronomy , Athens.
Had a bit of the blanc/noir feel or maybe it was a bit of skin contact. Had that soft funky edge but well in measure and not dominating the wine. The wine is soft and round , touch of a Viognier aromatics but none of the exotics, aromatic though and the guess here was modern Malagousia from north Greece made with a bit of skin contact.
