May 6, 2024 - This could be a very good Southern Rhone wine, but maybe not yet. It never really opened up fully before the bottle was drained. Delicious and deep, but just not completely realized. I have one more bottle and will try to let it lie for a few more years.

어제보다 나은 모습.
부정적이던 쓴맛이 없다시피 줄었고 달큰한 향과 인조적인 화장품 꽃향이 자연스러워짐.
미약한 푸른과실 붉은과실이 주가 되어 가죽향과 커피향을 뚫고 과실향이 선명해짐
어제는 드라이하다 느꼈지만 향과 맛이 일치하여 달콤한 느낌이 나게함.
지금 마시기에는 최소3시간 열어두고 마시는게 좋아보임

August 21, 2023 - Very dark color for Grenache. Nice nose with red cherries, strawberries, floral notes, and spices. Good balance with medium tannins on the palate, more cherries, a bit of strawberries, and violet notes. Good finish. Quite intriguing wine that should age very well. 92+
