January 30, 2016 - Good complexity. Balsamic notes, good intensity, good complexity. Good length in mouth but it's a little bit "dirty". It's mature, maybe a little bit too aged.

May 1, 2015 - Quite deep red for an 11 year old Barbaresco, no garnet colour. Sour cherry and tar on the nose, earthy, but bitter (over extracted?) and the finish is rustic, green and pretty rough. Basically not enough fruit to carry, and if this is grown on teh finest slopes of Treiso & B'sco as the label proclaims, well, for a 2004 this is pretty shoddy winemaking... suspect it will only get rougher with age.

September 19, 2013 - Robe de couleur grenat ... Nez sur les fleurs, les épices et les fruits compotés ... Bonne acidite, tanins toujours bien presents et une longue finale ... Produit a racheter ...

June 20, 2013 - Cherry and dust on the nose. Surprisingly, the tannins are still big and rough. I'm pretty sure the fruit will be gone before the tannins mellow.
