    April 20, 2024 - Amazing balanced wine
Creamy body with green apple, flint and lime descriptors.
Acidity constantly increase reaching a high level on the finish. Great length

November 27, 2023 - Nice deep yellow , golden hue.

White flowers , stone fruit , honey on the nose. It coats your mouth , the liquid is almost thick , more than silky, and balanced with the right amount of acidity and minerality.

It’s 14.5 % but surprisingly light and sharp. Classic in style with great tension in balance.

Apple nose on the empty glass.
