May 6, 2024 - Served next to the 2019, which was a bonkers good wine for my palate. Unfortunately the 21 suffers a little for lack of concentration and verve in comparison. In many respects it’s an absolutely lovely white burg, and perhaps a bit less oak? I don’t know if there has been a change but that’s what it feels like. I think if I’d paid market value for this bottle I’d walk away a bit disappointed, but that is not at all true for the 19.
