April 1, 2023 - Far past peak. Consumed from 375ml. Cork in food shape given the age. No acid or residual sugar anywhere to be found. Creamy texture with no nose and not much at all on the palate. Maybe a 750ml or mag will have life left in it but this was disappointing. Drank it anyway due to what I paid for it!

May 23, 2021 - This was WOTN for me at our Riesling tasting. Gold color. This is all secondary Riesling and in that beautifully balance that I love between RS and acid where there is barely perceptible RS and creamy acid. Long finish. Really pithy on the palate but with length and great delicacy. Jawohl. thanks Jeff!

December 30, 2020 - Online Blind Tasting #2: *** brief notes from online blind tasting ***
Note is based on a tasting sip in the morning on day one, ~4cl on the evening and 0,1l filled in a bottle and sealed with argon gas on the evening of day three.
    Glass: Zalto Universal
Don’t drink too cold, at least 11-12 degree Celsius. Clear, medium golden amber color. Clean, pronounced, fully developed classic Grünhaus nose. Cassis, elder flower, tangerine, garden herbs. Beautiful perfume.
Sweet, medium+ acidity. 9% abv. Very light, lean and airy. Beautiful elegance and harmony. Tangerine, elder, cassis, wet stones. Long finish with tangerine and cassis. Drinks beautiful, but certainly a bit past its full peak. But hey, I am a Grünhaus fanboy 😊 93-94
