January 13, 2023 - Clear pale yellow; clean medium plus nose of vasoline, pink lady apples, honey and pith; sweet; high acidity; low alcohol; full body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate follows nose; long finish; drink now; sweet but well balanced; respectable and punches above its price point; great with sushi
