November 4, 2022 - 2022 Excellent Burgundy Adventure; 10/31/2022-11/6/2022 (Burgundy): Barrel Sample - Perfectly harmonious nose displaying perfectly ripe subtle black fruit, blackberry black, blackberry concentrate, black cherry, a hint of licorice, rose, light caramel, black truffle, Vosne spice and limestone. Excellent concentration, beautifully layered subtle sweet black fruit, elegant, refined and polished, perfect amount of acidity and strong mineral, and a seamless long pure black fruit driven finish. This is a beautiful sensual Burgundy.
