November 4, 2022 - 2022 Excellent Burgundy Adventure; 10/31/2022-11/6/2022 (Burgundy): Barrel Tasting - Really pretty nose, raspberry, a hint of black berry, floral perfume, light caramel, sap, white pepper, stem and limestone. Medium concentration, subtle cool but sweet red and black fruit, good precision, bright acidity, strong limestone mineral, fine tannins and a medium long sweet red and black fruit driven finish. If you like a classic pretty and slightly lean Burgundy expression, this may be a good wine to try.
