November 11, 2023 - D+0h: no deposit in the filter nor in the bottle, smells of elderberry and cherry D+1,5h: cherry red colour, smells of cherry, elderberry and a little bit of eucalyptus, dry, but not in a harsh way, smooth in the mouth, medium body, in the mouth cherry and elderberry, in the aftertaste cherry, elderberry and acidity, good length (30 sec), good pinot noir.
