April 15, 2024 - Hour decant, the nose and palate are in sync with cherry, dark raspberry and some floral notes. The palate is in harmony with solid acidity and tannins lining up well. Medium bodied, with a supple mouthfeel and a nice finish.

March 18, 2024 - Fun pairing with corned beef and cabbage, served from a "bagnum". Plenty of ripe fruit, with notes of black raspberry and red currant leading the way, and hints of mixed spices lingering in the background.
