April 2, 2024 - PNP. Vibrant fruits: black raspberry, black current, and strawberry. Amazing bouquet of orange blossom, lavender, and linden. Full bodied with nice long finish with tobacco, pepper, chocolate, cloves, smoke and vanilla. Will get again for sure. Paired with Boudin Noir with poached Fiji apples, potato puree, and beurre noisette at Bouchon Bistro Coral Gables. Recommend.

January 30, 2024 - Peppery red fruits, flowers, herbs, and spice open the nose. The wine offers elegance, freshness, lift, and sweet, peppery red fruits with a touch of licorice, herbs, and chocolate in the endnote. The wine was made blending roughly 82% Grenache, 5% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre, 4% Counoise, and 4% Vaccarese. Drink from 2024-2032

February 5, 2023 - Huge nose of salty cherries and hint of licorice... Nice red crisp fruit, salty cherries, cold vintage but enough ripeness to make it very attractive, BRAVO!!
