  April 4, 2017 - pulled this for cooking santa maria seasoned bison ribs in the crockpot. tasted before pouring into the pot. wouldn't want to ruin the ribs with bad wine. this was still surprising good. would drink up, however.

  January 20, 2012 - I purchased this bottle because years ago I had a older vintage that I liked a lot ('01?) for the price. This was ok, but not what I remembered. Medium body. A lot of alcohol on the nose. Dark berries & licorice.

  July 26, 2010 - Very fruity note reminiscent of heavy wood. Starts out being very heavy on the palate, becoming smoother after the first hour. Smell contains notes of raspberry, yet also very alcoholic
