April 16, 2021 - Quite sweet, rounded generous. Acidity not spiky. Lemon, honey, peach. Medium length and some complexity. Drink now.

November 30, 2018 - Good density and creamy for Chablis. Medium complexity/length.

September 30, 2017 - Consistent with previous note, but much better paired with food (roast chicken and ham), which muted the butter/oak. Drinking well but unlikely to improve further.

July 13, 2017 - Unfortunately my last bottle of this wine. Still crisp and bright and drinking wonderfully. Drank with halibut "poor mans lobster" preparation.

May 27, 2017 - This has not quite lived to the promise I thought it had some 7 years ago when I last tried it, but it was still a very nice wine. The nose smelt for all the world like a ripe Meursault, full of butter and whipped cream, honey and pineapples, with the tiniest of curl of spice at the edges. I really liked the palate still. While also rich and ripe, with tropical tones and honeyed shades along with a buttery fullness, there was a more then acceptable balance and clarity given its weight. The Meursault characteristics were certainly there though, what with all the butter and ripe fruit, almost lychees at points. It was only at the finish that a slightly more Chablisienne lick of acidity and mineral peeked out slightly. Premox risk aside (this bottle was perfectly clean), I think the wine could do with a couple more years in bottle to lose even puppy fat, but I don't think one should keep it for the long term - I just am not quite sure it has the structure for that.
