January 1, 2024 - It's been a while since my last Faust, and I enjoyed this one. Drank well for a 2020 with a short decant. blackberry, vanilla, chocolate, cassis on the palate.

October 18, 2023 - Dark currant, toasted bread, and smoke nose. Flavourful, ripe, and toasty palate with good structure and length.

October 3, 2023 - Opaque dark purple bowl fading to light purple rim. Blackberries, cooked cherries, plums, notes of cedar and spice on the nose. Palate is dark chocolate shavings, hints of spice and vanilla, chocolate covered cherries, some musty earth notes. Medium tannins and medium plus acidity. Decanted two hours.
