  May 7, 2017 - Nice, well balanced CA Pinot. This wine has held up very well. A little bit of spice and herbal notes initially, that give way to dried cherry and ripe raspberry. This wine still has very rich fruit and just enough acidity to keep it in balance. When I first tasted this wine 6-8 years ago, it was more austere. It has become more round, plush and very nice all by itself.

  January 1, 2010 - Crowd pleaser at a NYE party. Smooth, fruit forward but had decent structure and some acidity to keep it fresh. Very easy to sip but also complimented appy's.

  December 13, 2009 - Really nice pinot for this style. Easy to drink (lush, dark fruits and smooth) but a little simple as there are not many layers and the finish could be longer.

  September 20, 2009 - Red and black fruits with blueberry coming forward from time to time. Very nicely aromatic. Earth and spice are wonderful. Very nicely put together wine.
