October 27, 2012 - Lemon and sweet oak. Moderate acidity. There is a hint of coriander and the slightest hint of preserved ginger. This is definitely modern-styled Meursault but a really nice drink.

April 20, 2012 - Same note. Amazing wine. Transparent and ethereal.

October 15, 2011 - La Confrerie des Chevaliers du Tastevin (Vancouver) - Canadian Grand Conseil 2011 (The Sutton Place Hotel): Light yellow in colour. This had a gorgeous nose of charred lemon, smoke, cinnamon, apple cider and hints of minerality. Medium bodied, which was the lightest amongst this flight (2003-2005), with a good amount of acidity and minerality coming through on the lengthy finish. This continued to improve in the glass for at least an hour. Drinking well now but this could be even better in 2-3 years. Excellent. 91+

May 21, 2011 - Much more advanced than the bottle from the night before. Not shot yet but heading there quickly.

May 20, 2011 - Popped and drunk over 2 hours. Light yellow colour indicated no POX thank goodness. That being said, wine was absolutely a point and I would drink now rather than hold. Wine of exquisite balance and poise that continued to reveal layers of compleixty as the evening wore on. Initially, some mint on the nose and palate, hints of custard cream and coconut. The tropical fruit flavours were very much in the background though, behind lots of crystal minerality. Long, elegant finish. Incredibly drinkable and enjoyable now whether to guzzle or reflect on in a leisurely manner.
