Bastante largo. Diría que le falta bastante botella. Ofrece un perfil con bastante tensión.

April 21, 2024 - Pale yellow in color. Initially reductive aromas which opens to notes of wet stone, green citrus and herbs, just underripe orchard pit fruits. A delicious and crunchy palate reveals a steely and mineral Chardonnay with great saline notes and excellent acidity. Wonderful.

April 20, 2024 - "Running" Club Oregon vs the World - Chardonnay & Pinot Noir (Al fresco in leafy West London): Pale colour. Subtle nose, you need to really sniff, then a hint of the kind of not quite cut grass smell i associate with chardonnay. Let's be honest - it smells of chardonnay. Light on the palate, pleasing acidity and poise, but not much substance there.

March 12, 2024 - Medium pale greenish-gold. Lemon, pear, roasted almond, cream soda, sea breeze, white flowers, honeysuckle, and wet rocks. Medium bodied, high acidity, medium structure, medium alcohol and long mineral finish. Fresh, elegant and precise.

Delicious, high acidity white wine that should go well with sushi or crustaceans.

I would add that this is an interesting and unique expression of Chardonnay… one you will remember and want to share with friends…. And to me that makes it a very good wine !!
    Nicely done !
