March 4, 2024 - 92-93, yellow fruit, grapefruit, some saline and white pepper, nice combination of oak and lees notes. slightly different style but still nicely balanced. nice slightly buttery mineral finish. great winemaking but quality of fruit could be better.

January 24, 2024 - Chardonnay of old vineyards located in the Mâcon region on slopes of limestone marls with very shallow soils. Spontaneous fermentation and aging on its lees in large barrels for more than two years in a wet cellar. No added sulfur, no clarification and no filtration. White fruit, citrus, spices, honey, creamy, mineral, pure, tense, fresh, savory, crunchy, elegant, unctuous and long. Fantastic wine, love it! Cheers my friends!

November 15, 2023 - Had a little corkiness on opening but blew off after 10 minutes. Buttered bread dipped in apple cider is the best note I can muster. Seriously complex in the glass and plenty of acidity. Great wine with almost any cheese.
