August 3, 2023 - Popped and poured and enjoyed over a couple of hours. Notes of marigold, lemon, and lime. Crisp and tangy on the palate with a flint-tinged finish. A nice wine now, but it could probably use another year to mellow out.

May 15, 2023 - Pale lemon color. Pronounced aromas of lemon, pineapple, banana and biscuit. High acidity. Moderate alcohol. Light to medium body. Flavors of lemon, pineapple and pastry. Steely, as opposed to buttery or oaky. Medium length finish.
