February 4, 2024 - medium red color. Lots of dark cherry but also a lot of oak. Not as tannic as what I remember tasting in Italy when we purchased it. Like all Italian wine, very food friendly even with the oak. Did not decant as it opened nicely in bottle

December 10, 2023 - Very good Brunello that needed some air to burn off the young tannins. Paired well with a rib eye. Cellar for a few years.

November 26, 2023 - This is a modern-style Brunello. Not my style at all, way over oaked. Hopefully this estate changes to a more traditional style because the fruit behind the oak is good.
