February 26, 2023 - Un pinot noir du Chili, c'est souvent une surprise, en ce sens qu'on est vraiment éloigné de l'Europe:
En distance, en sol, en climat et en culture.
Nous avons ici un pinot notoirement boisé, et prononcé, mais en douceur,
au fond très affirmé de vanille et caramel.
Ce vin est un peu racoleur, un style auquel je ne suis pas habitué,
mais le tout est bien confectionné.
à +/- 30$ , c'est un petit vin au prix justifié.
