June 2, 2017 - NV MOUTARD BRUT ROSE- one of about 5-6 of our house roses for the past few years, this shined as expected with brilliant fresh strawberry, raspberry and red cherry flavours with a touch of spice and clove; purposely chilled, as a starter bubbly for red Burgs and Pinot Noir, it properly prepared our palates.

January 1, 2014 - Wow, this flavorful wine has plenty of dark cherry, citrus zest, yeast and mineral flavor in a racy package.

Winey, black cherry, subtle Dr. Pepper on the palate. Long finish. Some bottles a little softer and more elegant than others, but even the black cherry soda dominant bottles were fun drinks. Great summer rose Champagne -- really dig these Moutardier bottles. The non-dosage 100% pinot meunier bottling is spectacular if you can find it.
