November 5, 2023 - Sour cherry, fruit forward, full bodied paso style wine. Enough acidity to cut high fat dark meats without causing GERD. Complex enough to enjoy without pairing. Caymus is my favorite Cabernet and this is a more affordable sour cherry less vanilla slightly less smooth alternative.
