April 22, 2024 - Decanted three hours. Dark. Bold black fruits, blueberry and pepper. Some burn from 15.8% alcohol that didn't let up. Full bodied with integrated tannins and a long finish. 2019 vintage was much smoother and more precise.

March 30, 2024 - A background of smoke and licorice, this is velvety with black fruit and, when paired with spicier food, a pink grapefruit note. Opened up over an hour in a decanter.

February 25, 2024 - very smooth lots of leather dark berry hint of chocolate..not as big as I rmrmered at the winery..went extremely well with NY stip beef steak
