November 10, 2023 - Sthlm Food & Wine Champagne-tastings (Älvsjömässan, Stockholm): (Disgorged in 2022, 44% Pinot Noir and 56% Chardonnay, dosage 6.9 gr/l)
Roasted coffee, chalk and minerals with a nice and smooth palate showing lemons and chalk. Opens up with a distinct lemon citrus bitterness on the finish.

May 13, 2022 - Lemon coloured, fine bubbles, persistent effervescence.
White bread, red apples, citrus, a touch of fudge. Slim body, some sweetness, uplifting acidity. Good length. Very nice.
NV, base 2016, 39% reserve, deg 2020/09
51% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot noir, 24% Pinot meunier.
