  March 27, 2024 - Disgorged 9/2023. Beautiful strawberry fruit on the nose. Minerality and more red fruit on the palate. Excellent balance but not quite as complex as the 2019.

  March 7, 2024 - 4 hours slow ox in bottle. This is really excellent but does not justify the price tag today. Oxidative, and juicy, beautifully round and lots of strawberry, raspberry, red apples. With time this really blossomed, blood orange and all kinds of juicy flavours. This reminds me of Savart’s Expression Rose albeit a lighter and fresher version.

  March 1, 2024 - VR vs CM good producers (Shin Terrior): No 116/3199. Open since 3pm drank about 7pm. Raspberry, tart, candied, fresh herbs, precise bouquet, lovely palate with stunning persistence and precision. One of the best rose from a grower.

  March 1, 2024 - Vosne / Chambolle 1ers from good producers theme: Asked the restaurant to open this four hours before dinner. Found this more approachable than the 2012 that I had previously. Think some were disappointed by this to begin with but think they were convinced when it got warmer with time in the glass. A superbly balanced wine, delicate raspberry fruit but with incredible intensity and energy at the same time. Is it worth the tariff over Vilmart, Bereche? Hmm.
