  March 1, 2024 - La Paulée de Los Angeles - The Verticals (Maybourne Hotel - Beverly Hills CA): Vertical. Big and bold black and red cherry. Still firm, but lots here. Better from 2028. A real success.

  June 2, 2022 - Académie des Cinquante Burgundy visit; 6/1/2022-6/3/2022: Pure and flowing, floral, supple, elegant, but with a firm core and a good charge of tannins that will keep this going for another ten years at least.

  May 28, 2022 - Bright garnet; stern, robust/dense red fruit; palate reflects nose, power but all in proportion. This is a serious wine. Needs a couple+ more years. Plenty of potential. (Probably merits a better score, but a connection exists).

  March 12, 2022 - La Paulée de New York Grand Tasting (Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers - New York NY): Walk around tasting. Firm and powerful, this is somewhat austere right now, with a powerful spine that will keep this upright and evolving over the next decade+. The rare Côte de Nuits Villages where patience is required. I'd think better 2025 forward.
