February 20, 2024 - Very dark red with a purple hue. Followed a glass over 40 minutes. Very green nose and palate, smoke, cured meat, dark fruit, simple, dark cherry.

September 26, 2023 - Fruity and upfront on the nose and palate, but quite “Old World” with the spicy, earthy secondary flavors and aromas. Quite dark color. Not quite full bodied. Grippy lingering tannins.
