January 11, 2024 - From 25y chard vines. The winery has no vineyards of its own, it hand-selects the farmers with which it works. 22,000 bottles of this vintage were produced.
Decanted 30m & enjoyed over two hours.
Vanilla, salted almonds, hint of oxidation, gala apples, minerality, lemon zest, beeswax.
