Bouquet of fresh peaches, some grapefruit and creamy, nutty elements.
Palate is fresh, but also quite intense with good length.
This wine clearly shows the potential for Etna Bianco. -

Terrific minerailty, wonderful fruit balance. Perhaps the best white I’ve had in Sicily. A second bottle consumed two days later confirms this opinion.
