March 24, 2023 - Elegant texture but dreadfully circumscribed palette of oak & red cherry, and sure, cedar, for the first 3 days open. No credit to me for restraint; I just didn't want to drink it
Eventually opened to soft black currant and subtle herbs, and this version is good, if basic
