I noticed now the label change, as well as the inclusion of Jonquery fruit so it makes sense the new designation from Cedric on the front label. My immediate reaction to tasting the wine was pastry, yet I'm pretty sure this wine sees no wood. So, go figure. Lime, green apple, I like the texture. Ginger and something like a green tropical, too.

  December 18, 2023 - Tasted blind. Subtle nose of mineral, lemon and pastry. Light bodied and clearly of a lower dosage. Lean with grapefruit pith. I have to think a wine like this would benefit from a more complete vintage. That is an issue with many of the growers that do not do NV blends. A Burghead wine.
