September 21, 2013 - This time the wine does not seem to be quite as much toward the end of its drinking plateau, as I indicated in my notes of 6-15-2013. It’s probably best to avoid drinking this wine at a summertime room temperature though. Keep the temperature between 60-65 degrees F. Like last time: “Aromas of pear, fig, honey, a touch of lemon, herbs and minerals. Same flavors, along with a honey sweetness, but not botrytis-like. Smooth and velvety in the mouth.” But, keeping the temperature cooler made the wine more appreciable.

June 15, 2013 - Probably toward the decline of its drinking plateau, but still appreciable. Aromas of pear, fig, honey, a touch of lemon, herbs and minerals. Same flavors, along with a honey sweetness, but not botrytis-like. Smooth and velvety in the mouth. A medium finish. I have another bottle and am putting it in the "drink up soon" rack.

March 31, 2010 - Dinner at Suze with Harry K (Suze Restaurant, Dallas): Dessert Sticky - Reticent fruit cocktail nose. Medium bodied with rich white and stone fruit. Sweet, but not cloying. Flavors like a Sauterne, but with a bit less botrytis and a lighter moutfeel. Pleasant.
