November 12, 2023 - I don't get anything special here. It is a medium viscous Champagne which delivers that expected brioche, honey and toast. Aside from that the in mouth flavors after the mid palette are just plain. Finish has drying notes and wet limestone which is overly acidic and making my tongue shrivel. It is unbalanced and slightly unpleasant.

December 27, 2022 - Leaner style with more aggressive acid. More sharp/crisp than full/round. Not-quite-ripe green apple with skin, lemon, quince, bread dough, and very light almond skin. Nice phenolic bitterness for a Champagne. Enjoyable, and not quite my personal style preference.
