April 2, 2024 - Grands Jours de Bourgogne - 2022 Clos Vougoet (Chateau de Clos Vougeot): Lovely gun flint nose here, fresh and zesty, a touch more volume than the already good village. Very good white at a relatively attractive price and a valid alternative for Meursault or Chassagne. Price point: 100 CHF.

April 20, 2023 - Very flint smokey nose. Ripe lemons and some yellow fruit. Tad of sweeter tropical fruit on finish. Minerality - flint, smoke and some chalk. Acidic zip. One to age. Interesting.
92-94 when fully matured.
