November 18, 2023 - Beautiful Beaujolais tasting (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Peachy with a slightly meaty/savoury underpin and floral top notes. In the mouth it's tangy, juicy, the fruit slightly muted, touch bitter on the finish with aa little alcohol warmth. Meh
