May 21, 2014 - N: Dried fruit, liquor cherries, figs. Some bretty barnyard and herbs.
M: medium acidity. The fruit is definitely on its way down, but still enough for now. Dry, slightly bitter finish. Very good intensity and length.
Quality wine with a nice maturity, but I wouldn't keep it for long.
