September 21, 2023 - Aromas include lemon zest, cantaloupe, pear, apricot, and spring flowers. Decidedly full bodied, the acid is thick and the palate gets coated with a glycerin sensation. The extended aging has really influenced the structure and flavor profile, which includes vanilla, poached pear, white peach, and apple blossom. It finishes on a creamy note.
