March 24, 2024 - Namesake for our dear sweet Cortina. Our first Brittany.
Color. Saturated red. Dark and very dense.
Nose. Balanced, blackberries, grapes, brambles, cinnamon.
Palate. Smooth, balanced, beautiful. Very rich, yet elegant. Tannins are balanced but not overt. Yummy wine. -

May 8, 2023 - This bottle returns the flavors to where they have been in the past. Nice solid fruit on the front and middle. Slightly briary and heavy in raspberry and blackberry.Drinks smoothly.

April 1, 2023 - Not as sweet as other Zins. Maybe some mineralogy. Really good with lamb shank. Also good with spicy pork chop
