January 17, 2024 - Well made, grenn apple, citrus, but slightly taken by the vintage giving it almost like a little touch of "chenin". However, pure and fresh. Not super fan of this one, but maybe less than an ideal showing..?

January 15, 2024 - Day 1: Fresh. Orchard fruit and citrus. Velvety. Lightest spritz that blew off in a couple minutes. Enjoyable now, but no rush. Left 1/3 bottle in the fridge without a cork.
Day 4: as good or better than day 1.
