February 16, 2023 - Correcte à boire. Même si la Jacquère n'est pas le cépage le plus complexe, j'espèrerais un peu plus de diversité et pureté aromatique avec cette cuvée qui était principalement (simplement) sur la pomme verte, acidité moyenne et longueur moyenne -
