December 10, 2023 - Strawberry, green stems, cranberry, subtle brioche and quartz. The strawberry dominates and is flabby. Meh. Ice cold on a hot day would have been perfect, oh well.

December 8, 2023 - Don’t think too hard about this one. Refreshing with bright berry flavors up front, has some acidity and bubbles to balance, and then it’s done. Probably wouldn’t score all that well if I started thinking about it, but it’s fun to drink, so drink up!

June 9, 2023 - Maybe I'm just not a Prosecco fan. Lots of strawberry flavor certainly, but seems to lack the minerality and acidity that one finds in other sparklers. This leaves me thinking, "meh," but served cold on a warm day, this does have its appeal. Certainly, a deal for $12.

May 28, 2023 - Dry. Gentle notes of hay, flowers, delicate red plums, and almonds, followed by a medium-length aftertaste ending with a touch of bitterness that comes and goes. Lives almost entirely in the front two thirds of the mouth. There's nothing that really demands attention here, but it's enjoyable if you approach it for what it is. [Tasted from the Riedel Vinum Zinfandel/Chianti/Riesling glass.]
