Community Tasting Notes 2

June 12, 2023 - Tasted at the winery in Paso Robles. Light effervescence when first poured into the glass which blew over the tasting. Nose of pineapples, wet slate, and a slight hint of bananas. Tastes of lemons, citrus zest, and honey drops. High acidity with a medium long finish.
